Story

Guidion was a successful business-to-business ICT company seeking advice to open up the consumer market.

Strategy
While competitors were making people afraid of viruses and other computer dramas, we positioned GUIDION as a brand that helps people prevent and solve their problems. A brand on a mission: make ordinary people digitally independent.

Concept
We developed a brand new brand identity: GUIDION COMPUTER BUDDIES. A new brand promise: SMARTER TOGETHER. A new website guidion.nl. And a very sympathetic offline and online campaign about growing heads.

Results
A booming business and brand image growth. Not only in the consumer market, where GUIDION's revenue increased by 70% in the year of the launch but also in the B2B market. The number of unique visitors on the website more than doubled within six months and for a while, GUIDION almost couldn't handle the demand anymore. ‘A luxury problem’, as our client Kees mentioned. Smart is contagious.
